Terms of Service

1. Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made through our contact form, by phone, or via WhatsApp. Confirmation is required to secure your spot. Payment is made at the time of the lesson or by prior bank transfer.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable, except due to adverse weather conditions.

3. Weather Conditions

If sea conditions are not safe, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the lesson at no additional cost to the student.

4. Safety

All participants must be able to swim and follow the safety instructions of our instructors. Those under 18 must have the consent of a legal guardian.

5. Liability

Olas del Sur Surf School carries public liability insurance. Participants assume the inherent risks of water sports activities.
